An unmovable point of reference for enjoying meat-based dishes. Simply, the true definition of barbecue. Excellent quality of raw materials and extremely vast menu: you can choose more complex courses such as mixed grills, straccetti, fiocchetto di podolica, picanha, etc.; or you can opt for more "lavish" dishes such as Florentine steak, tomhawk or hamburger (choice between Angus, buffalo and Chianina) accompanied by a side of potatoes. Furthermore, typical dishes of Salento cuisine are also available.Assortment of alcohol practically from a specialized retailer, there really is everything.Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended place

Trust Gianni! It's the first suggestion I feel like giving. He will be able to advise you on the choice of meat and cooking times, so that you can enjoy it at its best. In fact, my wife and I, following her advice, took a pork shank and a medium-rare rib eye: I must say, divine. Both melted in your mouth. All accompanied by grilled vegetables and baked potatoes.As for the venue, however, the style is closer to a pub than to the classic restaurant and this left us a little perplexed. But it's a matter of personal taste. Overall, considering the quality of the dishes offered, I recommend trying the Manelleria!!

It's the first time we have dinner at the manelleria...what can I say, we feel at home...Gianni is an excellent restaurateur...he says that for good meat you have to trust him...and we did it...and we did well...excellent pork shank...tomahawk without words...we didn't taste anything else because we were now full...we will definitely return and taste other delicacies and also a nice dessert...I highly recommend
